Hello there, I'm Carlos Saturne, a Florida attorney and the Managing Partner of Saturne Law, PLLC. I've built these skills across both private practice and the federal sector. As Managing Partner of Saturne Law, I've drafted briefs, pleadings, motions, and memoranda, led discovery, and represented clients in court. Before and alongside that work, I managed federal contract portfolios exceeding $800 million at ASRC Federal and roughly $100 million at Kearney & Company, negotiating complex agreements and advising on legal compliance and industry standards. Earlier, as a Small Business Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, I helped small and veteran‑owned businesses navigate federal procurement. That range has taught me to read the fine print, understand the rules, and advocate strategically under pressure.
